Our fountain service centre team tended to two Lakewood Master Series floating lake fountains, one 3HP unit and one 5HP unit. This was the University of Essex. Whilst on site they carried out a three-year fountain service in Colchester, Essex on the 5HP model. This included a full mechanical service, an exchange of serviceable parts, oils, seals and system calibration. Servicing your lake fountain every three years ensures the product continues to run at its very best.

The service team were also asked to inspect the 3HP unit at the University of Essex, not installed by ourselves. The inspection looked for damage and repair issues that may need attention. Whilst inspecting this unit our team found a wiring fault to the photocell that controls the activity of the lighting system. Once our team traced this fault, we promptly repaired it for the University.
The customer then had two fully functioning and beautiful Lakewood Master Series fountains. The Lakewood Master Series fountain produces an ascending conical pattern with subtle aesthetics. As with most of our fountains, the Masters Series Fountains come in a range of sizes from 1HP units to 10HP units.

I have an OxiAir Shallow 900 pump with 5 diffuser plates and I love it. It's almost silent, it fizzes oxygen into my lake in a subtle but visible way and Heathland have been super helpful every time I have had a question. I can't recommend them enough and I know the pump will transform my lake, especially in the hot summer months (I am in Charente in France).
