We offer a variety of metal cutting services, including our in-house water jet cutting service and laser cutting. After your material is cut we can bend it for you using our CNC press brake. For a complete metal component manufacturing service we also offer turning, milling and welding. You can be assured that the end product holds up to highest manufacturing standards as we are proudly an ISO9001:2015 registered company. We take on orders of all sizes, big and small, and aim for a 48-hour turn-around on orders placed before 1 pm. We operate a fully equipped warehouse in Great Yarmouth, making it a one-stop-shop for all of your fabrication needs.
We are excited to see what projects come our way. Expect these to be documented in our East Anglian Fabrication Case Studies in the near future. We also have some video content coming your way showcasing the water jet fabrication proccess and some more creative projects.
It is the manufacture of machine parts via an assortment of different fabrication methods including cutting, turning, milling and welding. These components are essential to the smooth running of machines. We can create metal components such as brackets, gears, cogs and anything else you might need.
Turning, for means of fabrication, refers to a subtractive machining process where a material (usually metal but also other materials such as wood) is held in place and rotated by a lathe while a cutting tool removes parts of it along the diameter resulting in a cylindrical shape. Other shapes can also be achieved with this fabrication process based on the angle of the cutting tool.
Machining milling, different from grinding, is the process of removing materials from a workpiece (for example a metal piece) by using a rotary cutting machine.
