This highly accurate manufacturing process can cut through almost any material, including rubber, plastic, stone and metal, up to a maximum thickness of 150mm. The water jet cutter is one of the most powerful, high-precision manufacturing machines on today's market. It can cut through almost any material up to a maximum thicnkess of 150mm. Those materials not only include the standard metals such as stainless steel, brass, and aluminium but also some more tricky materials such as rubber, granite as well as textiles, ceramics and tile. The flexibility of the water jet cutter is only one of it's many strengths as a fabricaition tool.
Not only can the machine cut through most materials but it can also be programmed to repeat a design as many times as it is required to the same high-accuracy. This ensures minimal rework, preventing unnecessary material waste and cuts down on manufacturing time. The latter alows us to take on most jobs for a 48-hour turn-around on orders placed before 1 pm. We are happy to discuss larger orders as well.
