Heathland Group Ltd is proud to launch a brand new service: CNC Press Brake Folding, part of East Anglian Fabrication. Also known as sheet metal bending, this fabrication process is an ideal solution for creating accurate bends and/or folds in metal component manufacturing. We are pleased to announce that we are now taking orders nationwide.
The CNC press brake folding fabrication technique allows us to create repeatable folds and bends in most metals and certain alloys. This accurate process is pre-programmed as a manufacturing cycle carrying out repetitive jobs without the need for manual adjustments. We can fabricate a single product with multiple, complex bends and/or folds, then repeat that same process however many time is required. Our in-house press brake machine has a capacity of 2000mm x 40 Tonnes and a 500mm Daylight, perfect for deep bending.
