Please note: our shipping department is open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm. Orders, dispatches and shipping enquiries are processed during these hours.
Throughout UK and Europe we partner with Starlings Transport to deliver our goods. For further international delivery we work with a range of couriers to provide you with the best price. We are happy to offer different delivery options on client's request.
International delivery timings can vary so please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss it.
Please note that the OxiAir HD, OxiAir Shallow and SolarAir water aerators take 2-3 business days to be delivered domestically (excluding Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland), subject to stock. Fountains have to be assembled in our warehouse before shipment and therefore can take longer to be delivered. Please speak with our customer service team to find the best solution for you.
If you wish to use our installation service, we will deliver the equipment in our own van.
