También conocido como doblado de chapa metálica, este proceso de fabricación es una solución ideal para crear pliegues o dobleces precisos en la fabricación de componentes metálicos. Nos complace anunciar que ahora estamos recibiendo pedidos en todo el país.
La técnica de fabricación de plegado de plegadoras CNC nos permite crear pliegues y dobleces repetibles en la mayoría de los metales y ciertas aleaciones. Este proceso preciso está preprogramado como un ciclo de fabricación que lleva a cabo trabajos repetitivos sin necesidad de ajustes manuales. Podemos fabricar un solo producto con múltiples pliegues o dobleces complejos y, a continuación, repetir el mismo proceso durante el tiempo que sea necesario. Nuestra plegadora interna tiene una capacidad de 2000 mm x 40 toneladas y una luz diurna de 500 mm, perfecta para doblar en profundidad.
