Our team at Heathland Group have been working hard over the last year to bring to the market some of the most effective and cost-saving energy-efficient industrial aeration systems available. From low consumption mains operated systems to solar-powered aeration solutions we can cater these products to meet your needs and application!
The OxiAir shallow diffused lake aerator, designed and manufactured in the UK by Heathland Group, uses a super silent compressor that pumps air up to the surface through diffuser membranes situated on the lake bed. This allows air to travel up to the lake surface, entraining water, breaking through the thermocline layer and reducing the risks of thermal stratification. In other words, it naturally oxygenates the lake water and increases the dissolved oxygen levels. Each diffuser circulates an approximate volume of 11,605 litres of water per minute at the depth of 2m. The Heathland OxiAir shallow diffused lake aerator is robustly designed and efficient, providing a cost-effective and powerful diffused aeration system.
Heathland Group’s OxiAir HD diffused lake aerator is designed and developed with depth in mind, meaning these diffused lake aerators can aerate your lake in depths up to 10m+. The super silent bank-side compressor pumps air through the diffuser membranes situated on the lake bed. This air then travels up through the water column and breaks through the thermocline, reducing the effects of thermal stratification. Diffused aeration mixes the water column efficiently and increases the dissolved oxygen levels within your lake. At a depth of 2m, each diffuser circulates an approximate volume of 11,065 litres of water per minute.
The Heathland SolarAir solar powered diffused lake aerator is the result of many years of research and development. These aerators provide the end-user with a totally off-grid solar aeration solution therefore, it’s ideal for all those remote locations where a power supply is not easily accessible. Our solar powered aerator is available with many additional options including online monitoring and management.
The basic system is designed to run anything from a single diffuser up to a total of 8 diffusers with air volumes over 10,000 litres per hour.

Sometimes the lack of power available means a specialist aeration system is required and with the rising energy costs, there is no better option than a solar-powered subsurface aeration system to help keep monthly energy costs down.
Plagued by unsightly algae causing pea-green water and unwanted smells, the Longleat Forest's lake site was in desperate need of oxygenated water, and we had the right water aeration system to deliver just that. Our in-house manufactured OxiAir HD® diffused...

Heathland Fountains and Aerators were contacted by a domestic client in Essex for a quote in May 2019. The client has a lake on his property where he required a floating lake fountain for aeration. Fountain lighting to create a stunning evening garden display also formed part of the client brief.
Here at Heathland Group, we offer two types of lake aeration, diffused aeration, and floating aeration to help you efficiently aerate your lake. A diffused aerator pumps air through the diffuser membranes, which then travels to the surface in the form of millions of tiny bubbles...
