El lago tenía una isla situada en el centro. El la isla estaba causando puntos muertos y estancados y limitar las perturbaciones del viento en la superficie del lago. Esto estaba provocando el deterioro de la calidad del agua y la proliferación de algas. El sistema de aireación instalado utilizó un Aireador difuso tipo lago AirPro 4 con adaptaciones para que sea adecuado para airearse alrededor de una isla.
Esta opción de aireación es rentable con precios muy bajos que se adaptan a la mayoría de los presupuestos y, al mismo tiempo, conservan su solidez y fiabilidad durante años de uso. El experimentado equipo de deportes acuáticos de Heathland Group viajó a Essex para instalar el sistema de aireación difusa personalizado. Esto incluía un AirPro 4 monofásico con un temporizador incorporado y una carcasa de acero. Como parte del sistema, también se suministraron un colector modificado en dos direcciones, un kit de tornillería y un tubo de aire con burbujas de 19 mm x 1 m. Tan pronto como el sistema de aireación comenzó a funcionar los resultados fueron brillantes y el lago se volvió cristalino.

I have an OxiAir Shallow 900 pump with 5 diffuser plates and I love it. It's almost silent, it fizzes oxygen into my lake in a subtle but visible way and Heathland have been super helpful every time I have had a question. I can't recommend them enough and I know the pump will transform my lake, especially in the hot summer months (I am in Charente in France).
