We operate a CNC Water Jet Cutter, a state-of-the-art machine that utilises pressurising pumps driving high-pressure jets of water to the precise cutting head which then releases a supersonic stream of water capable of cutting through any material up to a maximum thickness of 150 mm. This includes rubber, stone, glass, and textiles in addition to the expected metal, wood and plastic. Additionally, we provide CNC press brake folding, metal component fabrication services (laser cutting, milling and turning) as well as welding.
We are happy to fulfil both small and big orders, offering 48-hour turn-around on domestic orders placed before 1 pm (excluding Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland).
