The SolarAir® solar-powered diffused fishery aerator is the result of many years of research and development, providing the end-user with an off-grid solar aeration solution. This makes the solar-powered fishery aerator ideal for all those remote locations where a power supply is not available. These aerators are available with many additional options including online monitoring and management. The basic system is designed to run anything from a single diffuser up to a total of 8 diffusers with air volumes over 10,000 litres per hour. Air is pumped through the diffuser membranes on the bed of the waterbody breaking through the thermocline, reducing the effects of thermal stratification while also increasing the fishery’s dissolved oxygen (DO) levels.

The SolarAir®, developed by Heathland Group Limited, is an innovative solar-powered diffused aeration system designed to provide efficient and sustainable oxygenation for water bodies. This groundbreaking technology harnesses the power of the sun to drive the aeration process, making it an environmentally friendly solution for maintaining the health and balance of aquatic ecosystems.
The basic system is designed to run anything from a single diffuser up to a total of 8 diffusers with air volumes over 10,000 liters per hour.
The system employs high-quality diffusers strategically placed to facilitate the circulation of oxygen. These diffusers create a fine stream of bubbles, which rise from the bottom and deliver a constant supply of oxygen to the water increasing the Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Levels and reducing the effects of Thermal Stratification.

I have an OxiAir Shallow 900 pump with 5 diffuser plates and I love it. It's almost silent, it fizzes oxygen into my lake in a subtle but visible way and Heathland have been super helpful every time I have had a question. I can't recommend them enough and I know the pump will transform my lake, especially in the hot summer months (I am in Charente in France).
