Heathland Fountains and Aerators Servicing team performed a full service of three stationary SS2 Super Lily stationary lake fountains. This included a full mechanical service and exchange of serviceable parts, oils, seals and system calibration. These three fountains were taken out of storage by the client. They needed to be ready to put on an exquisite display in the lake at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival 2019. We offer a bespoke service from our fully equipped fountain servicing centre.
The SS2 Super Lily stationary lake fountain consists of an upper tier of seven thick streams and a lower-tier producing wide diameter fan. As with most of our fountains, we can provide the select series 2 fountain in a range of sizes from 0.75kw to 5.5kw.
Understanding the time restraints that came with this project our team worked quickly and thoroughly to ensure that these were collected, cleaned and serviced. The three Select Series 2 Super Lily fixed base lake fountains were picked up from Hampton Court Palace in Thames Ditton, London and transported back to our Servicing Centre. Whilst servicing and cleaning these Super Lily’s, it became apparent some of the lights were faulty. Our team quickly contacted the client to offer to replace the lights supplied and installed whilst the fountains were being serviced.
Once agreed we removed the broken lights and replaced them to ensure the fountains would be in perfect working order when returned to the client and reinstalled to be displayed at the Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival.
When all three fountains had been fully serviced and cleaned our team delivered the three Select Series 2 Super Lily fountains back to the client in time for them to be beautifully displayed at the event.

The Select Series 2 Super Lily stationary lake fountain has a wide low fan and an upper tier of 12 crisp streams. We can provide these beautiful water fountains in a range of sizes from 0.75Kw to 5.5Kw. All of the Select Series 2 stationary range of lake fountains are equipped with a very large grill designed to provide reduced suction around the screen which will result in fewer blockages caused by leaves and other debris from the lake bed. It also ensures that you get a larger volume of water passing through the fountain, obtaining large flows of water for great circulation.

I have an OxiAir Shallow 900 pump with 5 diffuser plates and I love it. It's almost silent, it fizzes oxygen into my lake in a subtle but visible way and Heathland have been super helpful every time I have had a question. I can't recommend them enough and I know the pump will transform my lake, especially in the hot summer months (I am in Charente in France).
