Prima di iniziare la lotta contro alghe, fanghi o sostanze nutritive eccessivamente elevate, i parametri dell'acqua del lago o del laghetto devono essere stabili. I parametri di pH e kH stabili sono importanti per il benessere e l'esistenza di tutti gli organismi viventi nel laghetto. Se i livelli di nutrienti sono troppo alti, troppo bassi o oscillano continuamente, il fragile ecosistema del corpo idrico può essere danneggiato. I trattamenti idrici per la stabilizzazione OASE non solo regolano i livelli di pH e kH, ma aiutano anche a tamponarli. Ciò riduce il numero di volte in cui è necessario un ulteriore trattamento. L'equilibrio biologico può essere raggiunto in questo modo.
Il trattamento dell'acqua con nitrato e ammonio ClearLake funziona utilizzando microrganismi appositamente allevati che decompongono e mineralizzano gli inquinanti (acido urico, olio, grasso e cellulosa) presenti nell'acqua. La speciale combinazione di microrganismi utilizzata amplifica il processo di autodepurazione nei laghetti. La decomposizione biologica di foglie e piante morte, scarti di pesce, residui di cibo e fertilizzanti viene attivata e accelerata. I have an OxiAir Shallow 900 pump with 5 diffuser plates and I love it. It's almost silent, it fizzes oxygen into my lake in a subtle but visible way and Heathland have been super helpful every time I have had a question. I can't recommend them enough and I know the pump will transform my lake, especially in the hot summer months (I am in Charente in France).
